Speaking Engagements - "Write that book!"

As an experienced speaker and presenter, Mark is available for engagements to give the "Make The Bold Move - Write That Book!" presentation. Appealing to readers and aspiring writers alike, this “how to” talk helps you to get into the creative mode and write that novel, memoire, non-fiction or collection of poetry. Mark features his first historical fiction, The Pearl River, and discusses how the characters and plot were developed and how to write the “twist in the tale”. He goes on to show how a series can be developed and also describes his venture into modern romance writing. The challenges of finding an editor, literary agent and publisher are shared with the hopeful authors as well as thoughts on self-publishing!

Mark is an approved speaker with the WI and has made presentations to diverse groups including Rotary, U3A, Probus and golf Clubs.

Availability

Talks can be carried out in Essex, Suffolk, North Kent and the east side of London - and Cornwall! (Ask me how come!). I am available on most days of the week.

Fees

Fees vary according to the distance required to travel and the length of the presentation required (usually 50/60 minutes) – please use the contact page to message me.  Where my books are made available for sale it may be possible to waive any fee.
